You understand that your content (excluding bank card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks. Bank card information is always encrypted.

The information on this site may not be accurate, complete or up to date. It is provided for information purposes only.

We reserve the right to change the content at any time with no obligation to update it.

CHANGES TO SERVICES AND PRICES

Prices may be changed at any time without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed on the site at the time you place your order; any subsequent price change does not affect an order already placed.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

The display of products does not constitute a contractual offer. By clicking "Buy", you submit an offer to purchase. An automatic confirmation is sent but does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

Applicable statutory rights remain in force under the legislation of the country concerned.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products may be available online only and in limited quantities.

We do our best to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of colours as shown on your screen.

We may limit sales by person, region or jurisdiction.

Products may be shipped directly from partner suppliers. Any import taxes are payable by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Returns are accepted within 30 days in accordance with the returns policy. Except in the case of a defective product, return costs are payable by the customer.

Delivery times, delivery costs, dispatch and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy. The conditions applying to returns, exchanges and refunds are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms and are available on our website.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Independently of the returns policy described above, you benefit from the statutory guarantees provided by the law of your country of residence.

European Union. Products must be as described, fit for their intended purpose and free from defects. If a product is not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled, free of charge, to have it repaired or replaced within a period of two years from delivery. Where repair or replacement is not possible or is not carried out within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or to cancel the contract and obtain a refund.

United Kingdom. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty, you have a short-term right to reject it within 30 days of delivery and obtain a full refund. After that period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a price reduction or refund if that is not possible. Claims may generally be brought for up to six years from delivery (five years in Scotland).

Where a claim is made under these statutory guarantees, return costs are payable by us.

ACCURACY OF BILLING INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

You undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

However, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Where the law of your country of residence grants you rights that cannot be derogated from by agreement, those rights continue to apply, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
