We deliver across the UK and Europe.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 6 to 12 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is €3.99, and free on every order over €50.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also follow it anytime on our Track your order page.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to send something back. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached.

How do I start a return?

When will I get my refund?

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

How do I find my size?

Each product page has a Size & Fit section with the model's measurements and the size she wears.

How should I care for my dress?

Hand wash cold with a mild detergent, dry flat away from direct heat, and cool iron on the reverse if needed. The care label inside each piece always takes priority.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?

We shoot every piece in natural light to show its true colour, but screens vary slightly, so the shade may look a touch different in person.
